Glasshouse Studio is wonderful. We purchased a kitchen chandelier from them shortly after our move from Seattle to Denver a few years ago, and their team helped me pick the perfect one for our space and shipped it out safely packaged, with user-friendly mounting instructions. A couple of months ago, I was looking for another signature chandelier for our newly remodeled entryway and reached out to Glasshouse again on a whim. Thank goodness I did, because Alanna was able to help me put together a gorgeous 3-pendant ensemble that now hangs in our new space and makes me smile every time I see it. We worked together for weeks over text, sending photos and ideas back and forth, and I have never had a customer service experience more satisfying and fun. When one of the pendants arrived broken, she sent out a replacement piece immediately, no questions asked. Can’t say enough good things about this place and their team.
