  • I've been wanting to try glass blowing for years and finally decided to give it a try. It was super easy to make a reservation and I took my cousin, who is visiting me for the week. We had an amazing time. There's a beautiful shop, with pieces for sale, adjacent to the studio itself. They're extremely well organized and set up for the observation and one on one activities. Our instructor was Joe and he was great. It was so interesting and he did a great job explaining each step and why we were doing what we did, to understand the process and the tools. We can't wait to pick up our finished pieces (they can also make shipping arrangements if needed, as pieces need time to cool). They're also well set up for group sessions or company team building activities. Definitely worth the money and will definitely go again.
  • Friendly staff and patrons. A great place to watch and learn about the glass-blowing process as well as take private sessions, should you be so inclined. I happened to be walking by during one of their Thursday night exhibitions and was blown away (pun intended) by the pieces that we were able to watch come into existence in front of our eyes. I also watched a one-on-one session which was happening at the same time and the instructor was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the process with the student. So of you are looking at giving glass-blowing a shot, start here.
