  • Kind of saddened by the big cats and large primates, they seemed bored and lonely. Unable to view snow leopard as it was mobbed at feeding time and there was not an inch of eye ball space to be had. T...  more »
  • We were so happy to learn this zoo was open in Easter. There were no crowds, parking was easy and the animals were active! The primates made us laugh and the giraffes are stunning. Very clean park!  more »

  • Great zoo. Decent size. Lions, giraffes, thinks, brown bears, and many more. There is a summer concert series that is pretty cool. Surprised by how good of a concert venue for a zoo. Good food and beer. If you want to take an indoor break there is a fun indoor play area for the kids. Great place for private events too. Pay to park, but not too expensive. Maps of the zoo offered, but the zoo does offer an app for guidance.
  • Had the task of watching over my brothers kids for the weekend. Thought the Woodland Park Zoo would be a good place to burn a few hours with them. Man, couldn't of picked a better place to go. For starters, the zoo is spot clean. Bathrooms included. Exhibits were also very clean. Now that's impressive. I'm from Portland and I have to say it's a toss up as to which zoo is better. What a great time we all had at the Woodland Park Zoo
