This was a beautiful, diverse trail that starts in the parking lot, walking across the bridge, trees, rocks, and then the view of the meadows. We went two days after Labor Day and it wasn’t busy. There was an unexpected thunderstorm when we got to the meadows and decided to cut our hike short.

Stunning scenery and a bear sighting if lucky. Took a dip in the river to cool off from the mid-July heat. The loop is still closed, but you can still access the end of the meadow via out-n-back.
