Home to the highest zipline in the southern United States, Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park is 61 ha (150 acre) outdoor adventure park. The death-defying zipline called Goliath rises 145 m (475 ft) above ground. You can experience this and other activities that challenge gravity here. The tallest climbing wall in Tennessee is in the park, as is the longest suspension bridge in the United States. To enjoy the scenery from the ground, consider a hike along the park's trails. • I will do my best to put our wonderful experience at Foxfire Mountain into words! If that doesn't work, I have added a bunch of pictures! I purchased tickets for the suspended bridge not knowing much beyond that. When we arrived, the views took our breaths away. We checked in after looking around the property. Then we headed to the suspended bridge. There was a Cairn stone stacking area! My daughters, eight and six, enjoyed this activity very much. There was a canopy course that they enjoyed also. Then we hiked to the waterfall. It was a pretty challenging hike with my daughters as it had rained a couple nights before. As we were hiking there were zip lines above the trees. There was a group zip lining and they were easily going 40-45 mph. It was an incredible sight! We finished hiking to the waterfall. Due to the season, it was not flowing unfortunately. But, it was a beautiful sight! Then we tried out the obstacle course after checking out the couple of llamas and bull that were there. The obstacle course was awesome. My wife and daughters had a great time and did such a great job! I would make this place a priority to visit! Have fun and thanks for reading.
  • Every few years we come hear with a small group of students to enjoy zip lining. The staff here do an amazing job. They are very friendly. The scenery is beautiful when zip lining. They also have a few trails you can hike along the river or up to a waterfall. We will be back! It is always a pleasure coming here!
