  • This museum is worth a visit. The exhibits focus on the community and are informative. Every afternoon at 2 p.m., you can watch two 25-minute movies in the community room--Iditarod National...

  • Magical Seward Community Library & Museum Been to 38 countries & this is by far the most unique library/community center I've ever experienced! I fell in love with everything about it, watch the next reel for the mural reveal! It's breathtaking! This left me speechless in the garden. I live in such an art scene city & wish Tampa Bay would do this for any of the free, public spaces areas too for everyone to enjoy as well! 💛 The Irresistible Story Mural 💛 Master Artist/Muralist: Nicole Feemster "This building was designed to host stories in various forms for the community, and the mural was produced in the same spirit!" Funded By: Resurrection Bay Historical Society Made Possible & Special Thanks To: Seward Mural Society Community Volunteers Kenai Fjords National Park Office Staff Mary Tougas, Liza McElroy, Justine Pechuzal, Arr Dale Lindsey Cruise Ship Terminal, Hertz of Seward, Swann Nest Inn, Harmon Construction
  • I love this library—it has everything! There’s events, a museum, a kids room with toys (and books!), plenty of room to sit, computers, BOARD GAMES and the usual library stuff, books and movies. If you want a book or movie that’s not here, you can access any Alaska library’s collection and they’ll mail it to this library for you to pick up. Amazing! The people who work here are always helpful and friendly. Our family always has a good time here!
