  Standing outside of the Barnes well garden art center the place has been permanently closed and they have decided to stop watering the plants and inside the Arboretum so they're all brown and dying it's cruel and really show Shreveport for what kind of town it is.. It's not that I just liked it I was just incredibly disappointed by it... The only other choice of seems to be in this town is shopping and gambling neither of which really float my boat but a beautiful Arboretum and garden and arts Center now that would be something I would spend money and go to
