The Chapel is a functioning part of the St. Matthew Orthodox Church of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is served and maintained by Reader George ("Pat") Mangan, A.I.A, a long-time resident of Sister Bay, who designed and built the Chapel as an outpost of Orthodoxy in Door County.
