Alaska Pure Sea Salt, Sitka

My wife and I went to this store to see what it was all about, and the first thing that comes to mind looking back is “quality.” They have an assortment of fine cooking items. I wish I had brought a bigger suitcase! I saw this spicy sea salt when I sampled some of their items, which tasted good. I told them I would try it with my Chitina Red Sockeye, and if I liked it, I would write a review, so here we are. I used their salt as the base layer and then added garlic powder, ground black pepper, and a little bit of curry-based Ethiopian spice, and it was delicious. The Alaska Pure Sea Salt company is a small business run by really nice people and a place you should visit if you’re in Sitka!

We were running low on our Sitka Spruce Tip and Blueberry Sea Salts. When I reordered, I was pleasantly surprised of the additional salt varieties! The quality and taste are fantastic! I highly recommend!
