Skagway Spirits Distillery, Skagway

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's about a 15-20 min walk from the cruise terminal, and further in town away from the main shops. They distill Gin and Vodka and make excellent drinks, and they incorporate locally grown ingredients. Our bartender was very friendly and had a lot of good insight not just in the drinks but the area as well. We were the only people there during our visit - I hope others venture out and visit this place because it's worth the trip.

When travelling to Alaska on a cruise ship it is super important to find the hidden secrets. That is not always easy in a tiny town like Skagway but now you have another from me in Skagway Spirits. They are creating their own gin and vodka and claim the best part of their product is their super clean crisp water that truly does add an incredible something to the final product.
