  • This state park and museum is definitely worth checking out. The outdoor exhibit is pretty small and takes about 10 or 15 minutes to complete. It’s all paved and handicap accessible. The indoor exhibit is truly amazing and where you’ll spend most of your time. They did such a great job of creating a captivating experience. There’s so much information in the museum it’s almost overwhelming. There are some awesome interactive parts including a theatre, elevator (Time Machine) and more as well as a section for kids. Children ages 4/5 or older would enjoy the museum. I’d recommend setting aside 2 hours or so to do the inside portion of the park. Like most parks the museum is free and open to the public. Make sure you check the Arkansas State Parks website to find out the hours of operation.
  • Enjoyed our visit. My sons really liked the hands on areas, but some of the exhibits were not working. If you're in the area, consider visiting. I especially love that it's free!
