  • First off your kindly greeted upon entering and leaving the casino. The cashier's are always very pleasant and eager to help. The restrooms are constantly monitored and cleaned by very friendly and efficient staff and they are spotless. The valet parking staff are on the ball, fast and friendly as well. The buffet is excellent! A 5 star restaurant buffet with food from different cultures, always fresh and filled repeatedly. The deserts are excellent with so many choices to choose from are also fresh and delicious. The waiters, waitresses and host's are all friendly, professional and efficient. The casino and gaming area has a very pleasant vibe to it, several different slot machines and card tables. The area is constantly cleaned also by very pleasant staff members, I've even seen them watch customers machines so they could tend to business. All in all it's just a fun place to visit, eat and stay a bit for entertainment.
  • Nice casino in a beautiful building. The employees I had interaction with we're all very pleasant. So much so, I left my driver's license at the Players Club registration counter. The other pleasant thing I noticed was the casino was not filled with stale smoke. Even with people smoking around me. I'm not much of a gambler so it will probably be awhile before I visit again.
