Bethania is a very nice Lutheran church in Solvang. It offers worship in the mornings at 9:30 and what it calls "unorthodox" at 11:00. Supporting the community, the church has a preschool as well as after school care. Additionally, Bethania provides food distribution to those in need on Tuesdays...though there is a drop box (on the Honor system) in front of the church for community members to leave or take food. There is also another drop box for books nearby. Overall a pleasant church with a welcoming and happy community.

A beautiful church in a nice quiet area of a nice little town. We went in as a family to pray on a Sunday afternoon and were amazed by the architecture, the massive pipe organ and the serenity inside. The only thing that spoilt it were a group of people that kept talking and laughing really loudly with no consideration or thought of where they were.
