  • A colleague at work recommended McCourtie Park several years ago, and I finally got around to visiting this June. The cement bridges are carved to look just like wood! They are fun to ramble...  more »

  • I give it only 3 stars but it could easily be 5. Why isn't this place using those pools for swimming? Thst would be such a nice public feature for this area. The township could charge a fee of $3 to $5 a person and that would likely pay for the upkeep and lifeguards. The building half under the earth mound there could be lockers and changing rooms/bathrooms. That dirt road and grass area could be made into a parking lot. I just think it would be a very nice feature for the community and it could be made to be cost efficient. Perhaps the township might even turn a profit.
  • BEAUTIFUL park! A place worth walking through and exploring. The bridges are a unique feature to walk across, and take photos at. They also have a wonderful fourth of July firework show.
