Local museum dedicated to representing all branches of the military. Interesting displays of stories and artifacts, some indoor and some outdoors. This museum receives no governmental aid, and if funded strictly through admission fees and donations. Admission is only $5.00 per adult.

The Museum was not open when we went there in February of 2023. They are closed for the winter and reopen in April. You can still come and see the various static displays of a tank, Huey H1 helicopter, 2 1/2 ton truck, a couple of missiles, a torpedo, several naval guns and a beautiful Vietnam War Memorial. I highly recommend a visit and it's only about 4 or 5 miles from downtown South Bend at the South Bend Airport.
