  • In every State there has to be a pioneer and Mcintosh Cellars was 1 of the 1st in Michigan. When Michigan only had a handful of Cidery‘s McIntosh was in that hand. I have enjoyed stopping here for the past 10 years every time im traveling through the area. It saddens me to find that Macintosh is for sale but I hope and i like to think that somebody someday somewhere will keep on the tradition of being on the property of a pioneer and continue to make great hard cedars. The original cider and the pear cider is absolutely wonderful and refreshing. The original is not too sweet and it’s not too dry. The pear is fresh pure and soft on the palate. Cheers! • Very cute tasting room and store out in the country surrounded by apple orchards. The dry ciders were delicious. Our server was a little less than smiley and happy to see us, but we had a good time anyway. Worth it for the ciders alone.
