The water was very clean, clear. The beaches are kept clean as well as onsite restrooms. Great place to spend morning or afternoon. more »

Loved this place , except no shades , so better go late in the evening during summer. There is a $10 fee

Super nice place to spend the day at South Lake Tahoe beach. The parking lot is sized just right, so you won’t have trouble finding a great spot. There are picnic tables for some, so get there early. Waves are strong yet calm, perfect for children. Great views, fresh air, and bathrooms. You can also rent paddle boards and kayaks.
