Fort Preble was a military fort in South Portland, Maine, United States, built in 1808 and progressively added to through 1906. The fort was active during all major wars from the War of 1812 through World War II. The fort was deactivated in 1950. It is now on the campus of Southern Maine Community College.

  • I love lighthouses. It was a nice walk to the lighthouse. Was fun walking and hopping on the rocks which led to the lighthouse. Parking is very limited but we parked little far away on the street and walked.
  • One of my favorite places in Maine to just chill out with my family. The new wall is absolutely cool!! And the stairway to the water is cool!!!
