  • Kettletown SP is fantastic. I do a lot of my trail running here and it is really a fun place. There is hiking, trail running, a beach w/swimming, and camping. There are also plenty of picnic tables...  more »
  • Souhtbury is lucky to have 3-4 state parks and land trust properties. Live close and use all the time, in every season. Nice trail system with some scenic overlooks of the Housatonic. Great for cross....  more »

  • Nice campsites. GOOD PRICE. Beautiful Woodlands. Water quality in beach poor so they shut down swimming. Fishing is allowed with proper Connecticut license. Friendly staff.
  • Nice little campground. Trails were decent but seemed like people don't use them that much. Would have liked a trail that goes closer to the lake.
