Weymouth Center for the Arts & Humanities, Southern Pines

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was built in 1920 by James and Katharine Boyd. Surrounded by 21 acres and a beautiful garden. The property was the original home of the Moore County Hounds which was founded by James and Jackson Boyd in 1914, and continues today.

  • We went to watch our son preform and it was spectacular, all the kids played well and really showed their talent. A plus to the day was the history and beauty of the grounds. I love old architecture anyway.
