  • Seeing the locations of the Amtrak accident, where the Clotilda ship was sunk and all points in the Mobile port. Oh, and I can’t forget the beautiful Eagles’ nest.

  • We enjoyed our stay here! Campground was quiet! Roads in campground could be a little smoother! Great place for some civil war history. Plenty of trails to hike and bike on! They have some cabins that looked very nice. Unfortunately, the boat tours were not running at the time we were there. Would have really enjoyed that. I guess not season yet! Very close to downtown Mobile. We also visited the USS Alabama memorial park. Really enjoyed the tour of the battleship and submarine.
  • I went yesterday afternoon and really loved it. The whole park is really well maintained. The posted signs help to easily navigate through the park. The self-guided tour offered offered some great insight to the history of the area.
