Meaher State Park reviews
The park had a lot of spots for capers and tents. I liked the tent spot we got next to the water. The shower and londery spots are awesome.

One of the best boat launches in the area. The launch is unfortunately all I have experience with, so can't say much about the park. It looks very nice, and well kept, with lots of great views of mobile bay. Great location! The launch is very well kept. It has 2 ramps, divided by a short pier. Works great for our boat. It is a small protected cove, and has a straight shot in and out. They offer a season pass for 24 hour access.
The nature boardwalk has great views of the marsh and Mobile's skyline. You'll often see a variety of birds. There's also a family of rabbits you'll likely see. There's a great fishing pier, a boat launch and a very convenient kayak/canoe launch. Entry into park is $2 per person and to launch a boat is $3. The gate closes at 7 pm or sunset whichever comes first.
