Paradise Fibers, Inc, Spokane

A high quality yarn swift I bought from Paradise Fibers 7 years ago was taken apart to ship home to me from overseas and I went in to see if anyone there could put it back together again for me. Super friendly staff took care of me right away. They disposed of the musty box it was in from being on a ship for 5 months. Staff member Lane was genius in reassembling it!! One bar was bent. He gently got it straight again and cheerfully put it together like an engineer! Neither the manager nor Lane would accept payment for his work. So I bought a $100 worth of yarn and they were excellent in helping me choose beautiful colors and fibers. I have always thought this store is the best yarn shop wherever I have travelled. I’m very impressed with the excellent work ethic and helpful spirit of Lane and Elle. And SO much product to choose from. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

The people at Paradise Fibers are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. The store, although large, has a warm inviting ambience. The yarn is placed in easy to access sections with ample space and good lighting. There is no sense of rush or pressure so the customer is allowed plenty of "drool" time!!
