  • That is the first time that I went there and I liked the museum and it was very informative and it had some cool displays. Then it talked about the history of Illinois and it's a good place to go to.  more »
  • This gem is a nice spot for kids as well as adults with captivating displays. Check out the paperweights!  more »
  • They have renovated and do now charge a minor admission fee. Veterans get in free. I like the museum it is a great place for folks of all ages. Being it is neatly free and the state gives it little funding it lacks some exhibits, but what they have is great and I look forward to new additions.
  • I was impressed with the quality of the exhibits here. I only saw the first floor (natural history), but still felt there was more to see than i had time for. Great information and displays, and very reasonable. Great value for what you get!
