  We are from Chicago, and we came to visit a friend. Went to Lake Springfield Marina, and we had such a great experience! Great place to go relax in the lake. Staff is BEYOND friendly and super helpful. Wish they had a lake canoeing rental for as cheap as they got them at lake Springfield marina. We are definitely coming back this summer. I just want to say thank you to all the staff. You all truly put the cherry on top to our wonderful experience in Springfield.

  Place is great. Workers here are always helpful and friendly. Great place to launch. And for guys with little boats, it's a good place to avoid all the big boys. Stay back in the coves for peaceful fishing.
