The distillery produces small batches of vodka, gin, rum, and Florida's only brand of small-batch bourbon. After the tasting tour, you can buy the distillery's products and memorabilia at its store. Children are welcome to take a tour, but visitors under 21 won't be able to taste the drinks. While the distillery doesn't serve food, the building has a restaurant. Tours and tastings are free. We had 3 tasting sections with a total of 10 samples. All were delicious. Those pouring were very friendly. There is no charge to enter and there was not high pressured sales. I did buy something... more »

First of all, this is not a tour (at least during COVID). It’s a sampling of mixed drinks, all served by friendly people, and ending in the gift shop, where we happily bought a bottle of gin... more »

What a gem of a place! This small distillery is listed as a top 5 most visited distillery in the United States. They promote local businesses, using local farms to make their nectar. They are known for their aged bourbon, but also make rum, vodka, and gin. They also make their own line of mixers, all from fresh items grown locally. They are very generous, with free sampling provided at the end of the free tour. A must visit on your next trip to Saint Augustine.

Fascinating tour. History of the ice factory and its rehab as a distillery show community commitment and foresight. Support of local agriculture, recycling initiatives and repurposing of casks, creative. Tastings are generous. Bourbon is outstanding. Bourbon variations are dreamy delicious. Port barrel aged bourbon not to be missed.
