Saint George Island Lighthouse, Gift Shop and Museum, St. George Island

St. George Island is a beautiful island. I looooove the bridge coming in. I went across it as a storm was brewing so we had little visibility which added to the thrill. I got to the lighthouse much too early so nothing was open. I didn't get a chance to climb to the top or visit the museum. I will try to make another trip there, but it may be on business rather than leisure. It's convenient that the lighthouse is on the beach. I bet the view is perfect. I can't wait to visit again.

Tony and I stopped at the Lighthouse and Museum to look around. It's a lovely little park near the waterfront and the center at the end of bridge. Great little historical lighthouse and the light keepers house is now the museum. The visitors center in the same park.
