Cowboys & Indians Jewelry reviews
Beautiful jewelry. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they made sure to give me a business card - the inlay on the ring I purchased is guaranteed by the artist.
This is a wonderful store but it’s pretty obvious the manager needs to retire. There’s a very small staff, and if you go there, I highly recommend asking for Lori. She’s amazing, helpful, kind, informative! Her customer service is top notch. Unfortunately that can’t be said for anymore else that works there. Beware if you get the manager Chyrl. She’s rude, abrasive, nasty and obviously burnt out. She’s hates having to get off of her big butt to help people so I have no idea why she’s in a customer service oriented business. I even heard her say “I hate people anymore”. They have amazing Native American jewelry and artwork. It’s a fun store (if you don’t cross the evil manager). Sad. It’s too bad the owner is blind to it.
