CMP is a gorgeous park with sports fields, both diamonds and rectangles. Hiking trails, a nature center, small pond and a huge recreation center with a fun pool and a 50 meter competition pool. Rock climbing wall, indoor track, weight lifting area, basketball courts and a large number of meeting rooms.
We just moved out of the area and the thing I will miss most is having Claude Moore within easy driving/walking distance. Claude Moore is an amazing park and facility and they have so many activities and things to do. The grounds are clearly maintained with pride and the walking trails are great, not too hilly. We starting walking for health and playing Pokemon Go here and I would recommend the park to any of the locals. It is FREE to walk here and an amazing resource, please try it!!
