  • What a great time we had! We did the zip line and tree tops adventures and had a blast doing both!! Downside to this stay is being summer, much of the food/shops were not open because it’s not ski sea...  more »
  • The Gondola ride up Mount Mansfield was spectacular if not a bit nerve racking. Much more comfortable after opening the windows. Should have tried the Zip Line if more time but exciting to watch other...  more »

  • This review is based solely on the Gondola Ride to Mount Mansfield. The ride was $30 each round trip, typical for Gondola rides. The ride itself was beautiful and the trails were well maintained. The unfortunate detail was the lack of a warning given about the Gondola closing time. Upon taking a gondola ride to the top and hiking to the summit, when my group came down we found the gondola had closed. There had been no warning prior to buying tickets about how close the closing time had been (within two hours of purchase). I believe a verbal warning should be given, especially given the early closing time, 4pm. Keep in mind, this also refers to facilities and water being shut down too. We had no idea we would be at the top of the mountain coming back to a closed building with no water or bathrooms available. This threw off the rest of our plans for the day as we had to hike down the mountain for an hour, versus a 15 minute Gondola ride, and had wasted half our ticket price due to it being shut down. This could've been prevented had the hours been relayed to us upon purchasing tickets. I would strongly urge anyone purchasing gondola tickets to pay attention to the closing time so they don't fall into the same situation we did and over purchase.
  • This is one of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Huge, gorgeous. Delicious restaurant. The shops, which are at the resort, are so cute & nice—the coffee shop is not to be missed; best coffee ever. The pool is warm, the hot tubs are so nice, and they both stay open pretty late. The spa is TO DIE FOR. The relaxation room looks out at the mountain. Everything about the resort is pristine and amazing. Unfortunately, it’s very expensive! But I’m so glad i got to experience it.
