Town Center Park is a 3-acre park located on the west side of Collins Avenue. Formerly a 1-story shopping mall, this property was donated to the city by a developer. The Park includes a playground, fitness trail, and gazebo. Nice and safe park for children with free parking. There is a lack of option for babies, but it is ok. The fountain drinking is not working well. We take our kid there almost every day. He loves it..... more

Love it. It's clean, with fake grass on the playground, covered playground (in the shade) a clean bathroom, vending machine, and amazing breeze.

Hellooo!!! This is the only park with a workout area you will find around. Bars, benches, and more bars to exercise. Yes, the only one in the town of sunny isle beach. So if you are visiting town, now you know where to come to workout. It also has a modern playground for kids... And malyshkas!! Restrooms, water fountain, and a vending machine also available for your comfort. I remember that years ago the park also had a skate park in the back but it is not open any longer. Theres nothing as a replacement. Nice conservation area, just a few acres, along the park...
