The museum had free admission. The greeters, busy doing crafts, were friendly. There were lovely handmade earrings and some interesting educational materials to take back to our homeschool group. The exhibits were authentic.
Great little museum that shares a rich history of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians—The Anishinabek (Original People) that occupied and traversed this region and large swaths of the United States, Canada and down to the Gulf of Mexico.
