Right across from Amalie Arena between the road and the Riverwalk sits this stretch of grass that is the cute little park. There are benches, playground equipment and nice landscaping. more »
We rode the trolley system for free on a Saturday and stopped here to check out the park. The only negative is that the playground here is really close to the street so if you have little ones that run off or anything you might not want to take them here. But it is a nice playground and then a nice walk along the water. There is also a small splash pad and a sand play area in front of the Tampa history museum. The Columbia Café is there too. We didn't eat there or go to the museum but we plan on going back to check them out!
Nice place on the river trail. Not far from Tampa aquarium. And if you are lucky you can see the delphines jump out the river.
