  • We visited the Tampa Museum of Art for the first time yesterday, as we wanted to see the Abstract Expressionist Exhibition. This is a wonderful museum, small but spacious, and the art is all displayed so tastefully. The Abstract Expressionist Exhibition was excellent! The collection of paintings was great, and displayed to be easily viewed and admired. I was also impressed with the permanent collection of abstract paintings that were on show. I would definitely recommend this Museum and this exhibition! Please visit if you are in Tampa!
  • They are very good about getting lots of unique and interesting exhibits. If you live in Tampa, it’s worth it to become a member. The location also makes it unique, as it is right on the River Walk and across from the University of Tampa which is so great to view from across the water. Also, being on Curtis HIxon Park, there are usually lots of things going on in the park so you can get caught up in the atmosphere outside and then go in for a break and enjoy the art. Very unique.
