West Temple Park, Temple

Great well kept little park on the west side of temple. They have swings and a large playground. Unfortunately the playground is uncovered but there is covered seating nearby for those wanting to enjoy watching their children play from a shaded spot. The splash pad is nice and well kept and there is also a basketball court and a few soccer fields. This location hosts a lot of soccer camps/tournaments. Some local youths utilize the basketball courts after hours some times. There's a dial for the lights on the side of the bathroom building if you choose to do so after dark. There is a long walking path around the entire park and a section of it goes through a wooded area. Note of Caution: The trail passes by the local Drone Flying Field. The Temple Unlimited Fun Flyers (T.U.F.F.) Members have races and fly mostly during the weekends. Just keep a heads up near the posted signs.
