Great two hours trail ride, our guide Ella gave us the history of the area. We went down arroyos and passed old mining camp. All walking, no trotting but the technicality of going up and down rocky..... more

Ella and Bart were our wranglers who first paired each of us in our group of nine to a gentle horse befitting our experience/size. They then guided us along well worn desert trails down into rocky dry creek beds and up rather steep inclines. The whole experience was a little scary for someone (me) with almost no experience but it was so fun. And the views were spectacular.

We had a wonderful experience with the Big Bend Stables! We took a 2 hour trip with the older boys and our 5 year old got to experience the kiddy corral. Our two guides were knowledgeable and super sweet!! Would highly recommend. :) Follow our adventures... @the.postcard.family
