  • What an incredible museum. A piece of recent American Waterman history not to be missed. The personal tour was lead by people who actually experienced life working the water. Their first hand knowledge is displayed with so many artifacts and local art history. I suggest you allow yourself some time to browse leisurely and take it all in.
  • A very surprising little gem of a museum!! They cover all the aspects of life of the watermen from the very early days on the water to today! I thought this would be a very amateur attempt to approach this subject, but I was wrong!! Extremely well thought out and the presentation is very professional! Is it of the same quality of the Smithsonian museums? No, but they don't have the same resources or budget either. This museum is wonderful way to understand the waterman's way of life as it has been here on the Eastern Shore.
