  I like small town museums. This had more exhibits than I expected There was a small section on Native Americans that I thought was good so not just pioneers but first residents  more »

  Unexpectedly stumbled upon this interesting, seemingly hidden museum with a lot of local history displayed in a vintage building. A 1909 Buick car in the basement...interesting that it was a right hand drive. Min. half hour or a lot more to really take it in. Nicely done.

  This is a hidden gem. Stopped in at the Pioneer Museum after attending the Saturday market. The admission price is a bargain. $1 kids and $4 adults. The museum contained three floors of interesting exhibits and artifacts. We liked the taxidermy room, war room, and the several pioneer themed rooms. Especially liked how the exhibits tied into local historical residents and events. Very low key museum, loved it.
