Imagination Station (formerly the Center of Science and Industry (COSI)) is a non-profit, hands-on science museum located on the Maumee riverfront in downtown Toledo, Ohio. The facility has over 300 exhibits for "children of all ages."
The museum opened in 1997 as COSI. After tax levies failed in 2006 and 2007, COSI closed its doors to the public on the last day of 2007 due to lack of funding. In 2008, voters approved an operating levy to reopen the facility as The Toledo Science Center. This interim name was replaced by "Imagination Station," which opened on 10 October 2009.

  • Second visit for us. We live a bit of a drive away but have stopped to play here twice now when coming to town to visit the Toledo Zoo. Definitely worth checking out, especially for kids. Honestly...

  • Wonderful place to take the kids! Everything is kept clean. Everything has been up and running all the times I have come here. Had a young Gentleman help us at the Sim theater. He was so helpful and nice. Thomas M. He helped me out so I could get up to the theater with my stroller since I had my older son with me and other family. He was more than happy to help us with a great attitude. Today was a great visit.
  • Lots of fun for our grandchildren ages 12, 10 and 8. Good activities to keep them busy. Very well done. I wish there had been more adult supervision, many rude children there. The science center itself was excellent.
