  • Awesome, clean , new , beautiful building. Exhibits are displayed in an attractive setting. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Hard to find though. Probably 10 minutes off of 86.

  • The museum is very nice, and has an excellent historical exhibit regarding the Tohono O’odham culture and way of life. It’s free, and even though it’s a long drive in the middle of the desert, it’s...

  • This facility is beautiful! I highly recommend everyone visit to learn about tribal culture and history. A free resource for all. The indoor, air conditioned exhibits are very informative and I am so glad to be able to take my son as he is growing and will be able to absorb the information (he is 20 months). The outdoor areas are well maintained and there are breath-taking views of surrounding mountains. A great place to embrace nature!
  • Beautiful facility in a remote corner of the Tohono O'odham Nation southwest of Tucson. On a recent Saturday visit, the place was all but deserted & many on-site rooms or features locked up or unavailable. The exhibits are beautifully presented, & I was particularly impressed with the displays of distinguished military service by many O'odham. Overall a fascinating place to explore for an hour or two, & I think that just a few more services--a gift shop & at least a vending machine--would easily make it the even bigger draw it deserves to be.
