Georgia Peach World reviews
I was welcomed in by a young lady named Anya who did a great job. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. She was great about suggesting things that I may be interested in... more »

I liked it, but it's far from a sure thing that the fruit freshness, quality, and pricing as much better than you'd find at your local supermarket. The fruit in general was more bruised than the typical supermarket fruit, and even though it looked fairly ripe it wasn't and fairly tasteless. However, this seemed to change and 4 days later they definitely tasted like you hope a peach would taste, but a lot of wastage due to the bruising. We also stopped at peach stands in North Carolina and Virginia. Our favorite this trip was the fruit from North Carolina. One other interesting side note - every single place we stopped usually had a young woman manning the store. Each one said it was a summer job to make some money for college. The stories were so similar it made me wonder how that was possible! Anyway, this is not the only stand Georgia Peach World runs, so it's not like a local operation. All the fruit had big farm tags on them, the same as those at the supermarket. So it's not like you are buying from some local small time outfit or farm, not is the pricing or quality much different than the supermarket. The only thing for sure seemed to be they were more ripe than you usually see at the supermarket. All in all it was worth the stop though. Recommended if in the area.
This place was the best I got to sample the wines and peach slush! They literally have all kinds of things made from peaches! I found a peach coke can't wait too try it! The customer service was outstanding the girls working there were so friendly, Brooke and Karly were exceptional! They had me hooked at free samples lol
