We had no idea what to expect, never done anything like this. It’s was so pretty. Our tour guide, Joseph was AWESOME. I would recommend good comfy shoes because it does get a little slippery.

This has been one of my favorite cave tours. The cave structures are beautiful and easy to see.The walk in and out was not very difficult. The stairs are spread out with only 1 section being 87 steps in a 2 tier stretch. The rest of the walking was easy with minimal stairs here and there. A total of 205 in and 205 out. Tour last a about 1.5 hours and Sydney our guide was knowledgeable and fun. Overall great family experience.

Very large caverns with a flowing underground stream, an underground waterfall and a very large underground chamber the size of a football stadium. The guided tour takes approximately an hour and a half. The site is really amazing and definitely worth the trip. Be aware that there is a considerable number of stairs to descend and ascend as you work your way into the cave. The diversity of formations and the vastness of the cave system is spectacular. If you're in the Smokies, be sure to visit.
