  • A hidden gem! Great showers. Immaculate. Great level sites. Good internet . Nice lake with fishing within walking distance of campground. Definitely a do over!!
  • Excellent park things to do for everyone in your group. Four scenic trails for hiking, biking, and equestrian each about 3+ miles that lead you through beautiful North Missouri forests, the Thompson River, and the Thompson House built by a pioneer family in the 1820's. Crowder Lake is fished frequently and canoes and kayaks are available for rental. Campground is great. There are several shelter houses for group outings and a new playground for young children. Two large group camp sites available, also.
