  • Beautiful facility all around. Depend on it taking you a couple of hours inside and probably nearly that long outside. The guides within the museum are very helpful and enthusiastic about their jobs. Take the walk and check out the outside monuments as well. You won’t be disappointed. And don’t miss Chesty!
  • Price: Free Duration: 1-3hours Parking: ample free parking An architecturally beautiful building filled with a high quality Museum dedicated to the United States Marine corps. The main lobby is filled with military equipment and realistic military displays. The museum exhibits line the outer rim of the lobby. Highly recommend starting at the beginning here sign and then working your way around the circle so that it flows in chronological order. If you're interested in the military or have close family that have served in the Marine corps you could likely spend many hours in the museum. If you're just stopping by 1:00 to 3 hours or likely to be sufficient. Highly recommend at least walking through every single exhibit just to see the fantastic displays. Unfortunately the war on terrorism and the modern day Marine corps exhibit was closed when we visited in November 2022
