A nice walk through the woods out to the marsh. Beautiful views of the marsh, dunes and ocean along the way. The Spring is basically a muddy hole in the ground with a plaque beside it.

Beautiful site but will eat you alive!! A short hike but come armed with plenty of bug spray! We ended up running because the bugs were so bad (and we were wearing bug spray).

Short, easy and fun. Once you get to the memorial you can turn around and go back the way you came. For a longer hike I continued on and came out near the bathrooms and a different parking lot than I had parked in so I simply turned around and did the whole trail in reverse.
