Today the city has the second most important air school in the country and in its airport are installed several workshops of companies such as Lufthansa or American Airlines. Although the schedule is limited 10.00 to 16.00, it is an interesting visit, especially to relax with the green pastures that surround the museum.

As you approach the museum from South Peoria looking across the manicured sweeping grounds, you can imagine this setting in the roaring 20's, with two successful Tulsans building mansions side by side, one to become the Tulsa Historical Society, and the other the Tulsa Garden Center. Constantly changing exhibits give a visitor an in-depth look at Tulsa's history, from oil exploration to rock stars. Easy parking and its serene setting make it an easy rich experience for older visitors who feel put off by the hustle and bustle of some museums. A true Tulsa treasure!
We all need to know what was. This a a real taste of it. Kids had a great time.
