  • The rooms were nice and clean. All staff interactions were positive and generally had good attitudes and were friendly. The biggest complaint, and it's kind of a big one, was the elevators functioning. There are bays that go to different floors (bay 1 goes to floor 1-16, bay 2 goes to 17-32, and so on). I was on the mid 20s floor so taking the stairs wasn't practical yet there were times you were waiting several minutes for an elevator. It seemed on ½ of the were running at any given time and it was a pain point for several hotel guests among discussions.
  • Enjoyed My Born Day 4 day visit in January. The slots were tight, lost 120 dollars, food was delicious. They need to have microwave ovens in every room so you can warm up your food from either them or outside of the hotel.
