The Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum is the only museum dedicated to the preservation, study, production and printing of wood type. With 1.5 million pieces of wood type and more than 1,000 styles and sizes of patterns, Hamilton's collection is one of the premier wood type collections in the world. • What a surprise treasure! Fascinating history of not only wood type printing but others such as lino type. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and easy to learn from. Many old and new prints to see, some to purchase. Truly a living active museum; a wonderful archive of this graphic art form and its tools.
  • One of our favorite parts of Two Rivers, always inspiring. Can't wait to come back for a class!
