Tiger Creek Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides a forever home for unwanted big cats. We currently have 38 cats of 7 different species in our care. We were founded in 1995 by our parent foundation Tiger Missing Link Foundation. Our first tiger, Sammy was rescued in 1997 and we officially opened to the public in 1999.

We are open Monday thru Sunday 10am-5pm (weather permitting). ** our last tour starts at 4pm, please arrive no later than 4pm. (Visit our website at www.tigercreek.org for our holiday closings) Our educated staff and interns give guided, walking tours through our facility. Each cat has their own story of how they came here to Tiger Creek. Any and all questions are welcome. The tour generally lasts 30-45 minutes. After the tour is over, our guests are welcome to hang out and enjoy the cats on their own. Many people develop a liking for a particular cat and enjoy going back to visit with them. Picture taking for private use is welcome. We also have a gift shop and outdoor picnic area. The refuge is available for school field trips and group outings.
