    Missouri Lakes trail is a long uphill hike but the scenery is beautiful, sounds of water enchanting and the avalanche area fascinating. It's a rather strenuous hike but my wife and I are in our 60s.....  more

    This is one of the best moderate trail in the area. It offer everything : creek, trees, rocks, view and challenges you just enough. The fact of being mostly in the shade is an added plus in hot...

    Beautiful hike I did a few years back with a good friend. A little challenging but worth the effort for the beautiful view at the top. As an added challenge take a leap in the lake and enjoy some of the benefits of deliberate cold exposure like the dump in dopamine for the hike back down!

    Awesome hike, the trail guide says 7.2 miles, our gps said 8.4. hardest hike we've done in awhile. Totally worth it.
